Platform Rules & User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cvk8 online betting and gaming platform, including the website at cvk8.io, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and any services offered thereunder (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

By completing the cvk8 account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" confirmation, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the cvk8 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and cvk8.

Access to and use of the cvk8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cvk8 does not accept registrations from persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or intermediary for any third party.
• You are not subject to any current self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit your use of an online betting service.
• You have not previously had a cvk8 account closed, suspended, or permanently banned for breach of these Terms.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. cvk8 makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are legal in all locations. It is your responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit online betting before registering an account.

To access the full range of services offered by cvk8, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active cvk8 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false personal information, including a false date of birth, is prohibited.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. cvk8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity verification: cvk8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
• Account currency: All cvk8 accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote account balances, bet stakes, and winnings.

cvk8 reserves the right to decline any account registration application without being required to provide a reason for the decision.

cvk8 accepts deposits from Bangladeshi players via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your cvk8 wallet in real time following successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider. cvk8 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to other individuals are strictly prohibited.
• cvk8 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the depositing user.
• Deposited funds are held in your cvk8 wallet and may be used to place bets or play casino games on the Platform. Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering purposes may be withdrawn subject to the conditions outlined in Section 5.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. cvk8 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per week apply and will be communicated to you via the withdrawal interface.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed the cvk8 KYC (Know Your Customer) process will have withdrawals held pending the submission and approval of required documentation.
• Verified accounts will ordinarily have withdrawal requests processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional security checks are required.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 6 before they may be withdrawn.
• cvk8 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

cvk8 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and have a fully verified cvk8 account in good standing.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• cvk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to completion of the applicable wagering requirement.
• cvk8 reserves the right to refuse, rescind, or reclaim a bonus from any account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional mechanics, or placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cricket calendar events (BPL, ICC T20, IPL) and cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day) are subject to the same general bonus conditions unless their specific terms state otherwise.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports, casino, and live betting markets on the cvk8 Platform. Specific rules for individual sports (cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, hockey) and casino game types are available in the Platform's help and rules section.

• A bet is confirmed only once a unique bet reference number has been issued by the cvk8 system. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or partial cash-out feature for the relevant market.
• cvk8 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were displayed as a result of a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's account wallet.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets. Minimum stake is ৳10 per selection. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and account tier.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Bets accepted during live events are final at the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the cvk8 system records shall be the primary point of reference. cvk8's decision on all matters of bet settlement shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in the Platform's support documentation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvk8 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one cvk8 account, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other users, teams, players, or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event, game, or market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform as a vehicle to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing glitches, or system vulnerabilities to place bets at incorrect odds or to access funds not legitimately in your account.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational betting and gaming.
• Providing false or misleading information to cvk8 at any time, including during the account registration or identity verification process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cvk8 customer support staff or other platform users.

cvk8 employs real-time monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions will be subject to immediate suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure, with all funds in the account subject to forfeiture pending the outcome of the investigation.

cvk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account takeover, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the user's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• User-requested account closure for responsible gaming purposes.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance of real-money (non-bonus) funds will be returned to the user's registered withdrawal method following completion of identity verification. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, cvk8 reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance pending investigation.

cvk8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care towards all users seriously. The following tools and policies form part of the cvk8 responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session time reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been logged in and actively playing for a set period of time.
• Self-exclusion: Users who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period (ranging from 30 days to permanent) at any time. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours.
• Cooling-off periods: Short-term cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days are available for users who wish to take a temporary break without permanently closing their account.
• Reality checks: Periodic in-session notifications reminding users of total time spent and total amount wagered during the current session are available upon request.

The 21+ age restriction is strictly enforced at all times. cvk8 does not permit, and will actively investigate, any instance of suspected underage gambling.

All content on the cvk8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of cvk8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Platform or its content.
• Systematically extract or re-use substantial parts of the content of the Platform without the express written consent of cvk8.
• Frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary information belonging to cvk8.
• Use meta tags or any other hidden text that uses cvk8's name or trademarks without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform or its content terminates the licence granted by cvk8 and may constitute an infringement of cvk8's intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cvk8 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — in relation to the Platform and its content. Specifically:

• cvk8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• cvk8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• cvk8 shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of opportunity arising in connection with your use of the Platform.
• cvk8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with your use of the Platform, however caused and on whatever basis, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by cvk8's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of cvk8.

cvk8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, cvk8 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Your data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

cvk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect the rights and obligations of users — cvk8 will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the user's account.

Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law, may be made without prior notice.

Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting cvk8 support.

cvk8 operates as an internationally licensed offshore online betting platform. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with any laws applicable to online betting in their own jurisdiction, including Bangladesh.

The Public Gambling Act 1867 does not explicitly regulate or prohibit online betting in Bangladesh. cvk8 makes no representation that the use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Users access the Platform entirely at their own risk and at their own legal responsibility.

Any dispute arising between you and cvk8 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to cvk8 customer support for attempted resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support channels, cvk8 will advise on the applicable formal dispute resolution mechanism under the Platform's governing licence terms.
